QUICK QUOTE STEPS

Step 1   State
Click on the State drop-down and select the state in which your business has it's home office.  Please be advised that the only state currently available for rating is Massachusetts(Additional states coming soon.  Register with Rate Watcher to be notified when new States are added).
Step 2 Class Codes & Payroll
Class Codes: 

These are the four digit codes on the second page of your policy that describe the type of work being done by the individuals in your employ.  Enter these class codes in the first column of the adjacent table.

Payroll:

On the same page that you find your class codes, will be the payroll.  Enter the estimated payroll by class code for the upcoming year.  Make sure to see the definition of payroll on the 'Glossary of Terms' page. 

 

Step 3 Employer Liability:
See the definition of Employers Liability on the glossary page.  Select the option currently on your policy or review the cost at other option levels.

 

Step 4    Experience Modification
The experience modification factor is a reflection of your firms experience vs. expected losses for businesses like yours.  This factor should be on the first page of your Workers Compensation policy or in the premium detail section.   If your premium does not qualify to be experience rated (premium too small) you may qualify for a Merit Rating Credit, this 5% credit should be entered into the experience mod field.

 

Step 5     ARAP
The ARAP factor should be in the same area of the policy as your experience modification factor. Please type the factor on your policy into the space provided below the experience modification factor.

 

Step 6     Calculate
Click on the "Calculate" button on the bottom of the form.  MultiComp will calculate the lowest Workers Comp quote for the available insurance companies in your selected state and present you with an orderable list.   In order to take advantage of the presented savings, you'll need to purchase the information.
